In this 4-week course, you will learn how to practise mindfulness, improve your focus and attention, manage your stress and anxiety and tame an inner critical voice.

Capacity: Up to 20 people
Location: 60 mins live via Zoom weekly plus post-session emails containing further guidance
Duration: 4 x 60 minute sessions
Experience: No previous mindfulness experience required

Mindfulness in the Workplace is a 4-week course which will teach you how to practise mindfulness.
You will learn about some of the benefits a sustained practice can bring including improving your focus and attention, managing stress and anxiety and taming an inner critical voice.
The course is delivered in weekly 1-hour Zoom sessions by Gillian Higgins (international barrister and mindfulness teacher). Each week there are session notes and links to help you develop your practice.
This course will cover the following themes:
Week 1: What is mindfulness? What are the benefits and how do I practise?
Week 2: Managing stress and increasing the ability to focus and pay attention
Week 3: How can mindfulness help to reduce the impact of worry and anxiety? Can it help to settle a busy mind?
Week 4: Taming the inner critical voice and scaffolding your practice
